A great video by Todd Raphael speaking with a director of college recruiting at a small accounting firm about attracting college graduates when you’re competing against “the big four”. Some good lessons that can be applied to recruiting Latino college grads specifically. Not sure I agree with Todd’s dog food illustration (question) - but the video provides some great tips regarding loyalty, stability, and motivation.
