I came across this excellent Hispanic recruitment model and blog series by Dr. Edward Romero, Founder of AgForLife. He’s developed a university recruiting model aimed at increasing the number of Latino Agriculture students at Texas A & M University. The model does an exceptional job of incorporating cultural elements.
While aimed at recruiting students to college, much of what Dr. Romero discusses in his Four Part series is appplicable to recruiting Hispanic college graduates.
